Tell your AI the phases of a loss, how many days each takes, and who is on them, and it creates the tasks in Projul and puts them on the "Schedule" for those people.
Laying out the loss
Mitigation starts the same day: extraction, demolition and flood cuts, containment and equipment set, daily monitoring, equipment pull. Reconstruction follows once the structure is dry. Build the mitigation schedule for [Whitcomb Water Loss] in Projul starting [today]. Emergency response and extraction [today, 5 to 9 am] with [Luis Ortega] and [Tara Nolan]. Demolition and flood cuts [tomorrow, 8 am to 4 pm] with the [mitigation crew]. Daily monitoring [every morning 7 to 8 am for 4 days] with [Tara Nolan]. Equipment pull [the following Monday] with the [mitigation crew].

Crews, teams and moving the schedule
Name people, or name a team such as your mitigation or reconstruction crew; everyone on that team goes onto the task, subs included. See How do I have my AI assign a crew (people and teams)?.
When drying runs long or a storm puts every crew on emergency calls, your AI moves the task and the phases behind it and keeps the crews attached, reading the task first so it never overwrites a change made moments earlier. Checklists, photos and reading the schedule back
Visit steps, such as confirming the water is shut off or recording moisture readings, ride on the task as a checklist the crew checks off in the app; your AI can read or complete them. See How do I use checklists and complete tasks with my AI?.
Before photos, the moisture map, and the signed work authorization attach to a project, task, or estimate, and a tool that can move files from your computer can upload them too; chat assistants cannot.
