Projul AI Connect lets your AI work inside your Projul account on a restoration job, from lead to estimate to schedule. You turn it on in "Settings" under "Projul AI Connect" by creating an API key and pasting it into your AI.

Leads and clients
Your AI can add a new lead and its client, set the loss address, likelihood of sale and pipeline stage, assign an estimator, and put intake details into the project notes.
Add a new lead for [client name], phone [number], loss address [address]. Category [2] water loss, [basement and hallway] affected. Set the estimator to [name], stage [Write].

Estimates and change orders
Your AI can build an estimate with a mitigation section and a reconstruction section, using line items such as extraction and drywall, each with quantity, cost and markup. It can start from a template or your cost-item library, and apply tax and a discount. When hidden damage turns up, it can add a change order with priced sections, created as Drafts.
Create an estimate for [project name] from the [Category 2 Water Loss] template. Add [4] LGR dehumidifiers for [5] days to Mitigation. Apply [state] sales tax.

Scheduling mitigation and reconstruction
Your AI can create the task sequence for a loss, such as extraction and equipment set, and each reconstruction phase, with a start and end window and crew. It can add a checklist for a visit's readings, set up a repeating daily task, and mark tasks complete or move them. A repeating task cannot carry a checklist.
Schedule daily monitoring visits for [project name] starting [date], assigned to [tech name], repeating daily until I mark it done.

Photos and files
Your AI can find photos and documents already in a project and attach them to a task or an estimate line. Whether it can upload a new photo depends on your AI tool: some can transfer a file directly; others can only attach files already in Projul.
Attach the subfloor photos from [project name] to the flood cut line item on the estimate.

Messages and call logs
Your AI can log a call, text or site visit on a lead, client, task or estimate, with the contact method, direction and outcome. It cannot send a message, email or text to a client.
Log a call on [project name]: spoke with the adjuster, approved [3] additional drying days, outbound call, reached.

Templates
Your AI can build and reuse estimate and section templates for recurring loss types using your cost-item library so pricing stays yours.
Build a section template called [Containment and Negative Air] with line items for [poly sheeting, per linear foot] and [negative air machine, per day].

What your AI cannot do yet
Your AI does not create, edit or send invoices, touch payments, publish or send an estimate or change order (a person does that), or reach the time clock, payroll, purchase orders, daily logs or the QuickBooks sync. See Which Projul features are not available to my AI yet?.
Note: A Read key answers questions and changes nothing; a Read-Write key is needed for everything here that creates or edits a record. See Should I give my AI a Read key or a Read-Write key?.
