The sections of a restoration estimate
Your AI creates the project if none exists, per How do I have my AI handle restoration leads and follow-ups? It holds one estimate, so your AI offers to edit it or add a change order instead.
A water loss runs emergency response, demolition, containment, drying, drywall, paint, flooring and cleanup as sections; fire swaps in board-up and soot removal; mold runs containment and clearance.
