Creating the lead
Leads arrive from the answering service, a plumber, a property manager, an adjuster, or a past client. Your AI needs a Read-Write key, and callers should be named as they appear in Projul so it reuses them. See How does my AI find a client?
Add a new lead in Projul for [Dana Whitcomb] called [Whitcomb Water Loss] at [318 Ashcroft Ln, Dublin, OH 43017]. [Second floor supply line let go overnight, water in the hallway, a bedroom and the ceiling below.] Put the likelihood of sale at [80]% and set me as the estimator.
Your AI can set the likelihood of sale and assign a sales rep, estimator or project manager; project type, lead source and tags are set in Projul. See How do I have my AI add a new lead? Note: A matching name plus email or phone reuses the client, and your AI says so.
Logging calls and moving the pipeline
Your AI logs each call, text, email or site visit, including whether you reached the person. See How do I have my AI log a call, text or site visit on a job?
Log on [Whitcomb Water Loss] in Projul that I called [Dana] at [7 am], reached her, and she authorized the emergency service. The deductible is [$1,000] and her adjuster is [Karen Doyle at Beacon Mutual].
Scheduling an estimate meeting moves the lead to "Estimate", and attendees become the estimators; your AI can add a follow-up reminder in the same request. Sold, lost or on hold
Marking a lead sold converts it to a project, as dragging it to "Sold" does, keeping dates, history and notifications. See How do I have my AI mark a job sold, completed or lost? It does not publish, send or approve the estimate; a Draft estimate on a sold project is normal when mitigation starts first.
