Your AI can set a project's job-site address, write the "Project Notes" on the project card, and add dated entries to the project's "Messages" log. It works the same on a lead, since a lead is a project.
Setting the job-site address
Give your AI the street address and it updates the project. Projul geocodes the address on its own and uses it for the project card and the map.
Set the job address on [Rivera Kitchen Remodel] in Projul to [418 W Tabernacle St, St. George, UT 84770].
Your AI asks you to approve the change before it saves.
Adding project notes or a message
"Project Notes" is the standing description on the project card. "Messages" is the dated log your team adds to. Tell your AI which one you mean, and what to write.
Add a note to [Rivera Kitchen Remodel] in Projul: [Homeowner wants quartz counters, prefers work to start after Oct 15.]
Your AI asks you to approve the note. In Projul, open the project's three-dot menu and click "Open Messages" to see it at the top.
Note: Your AI can read the messages between you and the client, but it cannot send one to the client, since that emails the client from Projul. See Can my AI message a client directly?
Logging a call, text or site visit
A note can also record a contact with the client, including the method, the direction and whether you reached them. See How do I have my AI log a call, text or site visit on a job?
What your AI can and cannot change on a project
Your AI can change a project's name, status, address, project notes, likelihood of sale, and the sales rep, estimator and project manager assigned to it. Project type, tags, lead source, sold and start dates, access codes, the cover photo, the project colour and assigned workers are all changed in Projul instead. Your AI cannot move a project to a different client; that is done from the project's card in Projul.
