No. Your AI can read the messages between you and a client on a project and write notes for your team, but it cannot send anything to the client. Anything the client receives, like a message, an estimate, or an invoice, goes out from Projul, because sending it emails the client.
What your AI can do
Your AI can read the client conversation on any project, so you can ask it what the client last said or for a summary of the back-and-forth on a job. It can also write internal notes on the project, client, task, or estimate, which the client never sees.
Summarize the client messages on [Thompson Deck Rebuild] in Projul from the last two weeks.
Have your AI draft the message
Ask your AI to write the message, then copy it.
Read the messages on [Rivera Kitchen Remodel] in Projul and draft a short reply to [Sam] confirming we start on [October 16] and that the crew arrives at 8 am.
Send it from Projul
- In Projul, find the project under "Projects" or "Lead pipeline".
- Click the project's three-dot menu and click "Open Messages".
- In the icon list down the left of the panel, click the "Messages to client" channel. This shows the conversation between you and the client.
- Paste the message into the client conversation and send it.
Estimates and invoices are sent to the client the same way, from Projul. Your AI can build an estimate, but publishing and sending it are done by you. See Can my AI publish or send an estimate?.
