Tell your AI which lead, when, and who is going, and it schedules the estimate walkthrough in Projul, the same way as if you'd booked it in the app.
An estimate meeting is the walkthrough you do before writing the estimate. It is a task type of its own, tied to the lead pipeline, so booking one moves the lead forward on its own.
What to say to your AI
Your AI needs a Read-Write key, an existing lead, and an estimator who is already an employee or subcontractor in Projul.
Schedule an estimate meeting on the [Rivera Kitchen Remodel] lead in Projul for [Tuesday September 8] at [10 am], one hour, with [Jenny Voss].
Leave off the name and your AI books it for you.
Book a walkthrough for [Ortiz Basement Finish] in Projul on [Thursday at 2 pm] with [me].
Your AI can also move a booked walkthrough, tell you which column a lead is in, or mark the meeting complete, the same as any other task.
What you will see
Your AI asks you to approve the action, then confirms the meeting time and estimator. In Projul, the meeting sits on that person's row in "Schedule" at the time you gave.
It also shows on the lead's card in "Lead pipeline," under "Show more," in the "Estimate Meeting" list.
How the lead moves
Scheduling an estimate meeting on a lead in the "New," "Contact," or "Schedule" column moves it to "Estimate." Whoever is on the meeting becomes the lead's estimator, no matter which column it started in.
Note: If your account has the paid Client Reminders feature and "Send a reminder to clients for Estimate meetings on their projects" is turned on under "Settings" and "Notifications," Projul emails the client the same reminder it would send for a meeting booked in the app.
After the walkthrough
Have your AI mark the meeting complete once you're done. That moves the lead to "Write." The next step is a "Write Estimate" task, which Projul only creates automatically when the meeting is booked in the app, so ask your AI to add that task too, or add it yourself in Projul. Completing it moves the lead to "Send."
