To Projul, a lead and a project are the same record at different stages, so your AI works with both from "Lead pipeline" and "Projects". Everything it does there shows up exactly as if you had done it in the app.

Leads, projects and stages
Every job in Projul is a project with a status. Eight of those statuses are the lead stages you see as tabs across the top of "Lead pipeline": "New", "Contact", "Schedule", "Estimate", "Write", "Revise", "Send" and "Sell". While a project sits in one of those, Projul calls it a lead. "Sold" makes it an active project, and "Completed", "Rejected" and "Canceled" are the finished states. Your AI can ask for all leads, all active projects, or all finished ones, and it can move a project to any status.
The client on a project
A project belongs to one client, set when it is created. Your AI can link a client you already have, or add a new client at the same time, in which case Projul matches on first and last name plus an email or a phone and links the existing client instead of making a duplicate. Moving a project to a different client afterward is done in Projul.
What your AI can change
Your AI can change the project name, its status and pipeline stage, the job-site address, the project notes, the likelihood of sale, and who is assigned as sales rep, estimator and project manager. It can start a project from one of your project or schedule templates, log calls and messages on it, schedule tasks and estimate meetings, build its estimate, and upload photos and files.
What moves on its own
Some stage changes happen automatically, same as in the app. Scheduling an estimate meeting on a lead moves it to "Estimate" and makes the people on the meeting the estimators. Completing that meeting moves it to "Write". Completing a "Write Estimate" task on a lead that is in "Write" moves it to "Send". Projul applies these the moment the meeting or task is saved, so reading the lead again shows the new stage.
What stays in Projul
Project type, lead source, tags, sold and start dates, access codes, project color, cover photo, and the workers assigned to the project as a whole are set in Projul. So is creating a new project or schedule template, and moving a project to another client.
