How the lookup works
An exact match works on a client's full name, first and last together, or on an email address, including an email on one of the client's additional contacts. "Rivera" alone will not find Sam Rivera, but "Sam Rivera" will. If two clients share the same full name, add the email address to your question so only one matches. Your AI can also look a client up by the number in the "Client Number" field, if you keep one.
If you have a lot of clients
With hundreds of clients, a full name or an email finds the person in one step. A first name, a company name, or a phone number sends your AI through the list instead, newest first and up to 100 at a time, which can take several pages for an older client.
Note: Clients are listed newest first, so a question about your most recent client is answered right away, while a question about an old one may take your AI a few pages to reach.
Archived clients
Archived clients are not in the list your AI reads, so it cannot find them by name. If you archived the client earlier in the same conversation, your AI still remembers who they are and can bring them back. Otherwise, ask your AI to add the client again with the same name and email or phone number. Projul recognizes the archived client, refuses to make a duplicate, and tells your AI which client it is, so your AI can then unarchive them.
