Tell your AI what repeats, how often, when it starts, and who is on it, and it creates one repeating task in Projul, the same as turning on repeat when you add a task in the app. Projul shows it on every matching day on the "Schedule".
What to say to your AI
Your AI needs a Read-Write key, and the people you name must already be listed under "People".
Set up a repeating task in Projul called [Crew meeting] every [Monday] at [7 am] for [30 minutes], starting [next Monday], with [Grace Oakes], [Priya Hutton] and [Tina Abbott].
The same phrasing works for other patterns too, for example "every Friday", "the first Monday of each month", or "daily".
Where it shows up
Your AI confirms the task with how often it repeats and who is on it. In Projul, click "Schedule" in the menu on the left, and the task appears on each assigned person's row on every day the rule lands on.
Projul keeps one task with a repeat rule rather than a copy for every week, using the same rule format whether you or your AI set up the repeat, so either side can change it.
Skipping a day or completing one occurrence
Skip the [Crew meeting] in Projul on [September 22], we are off that day.
Your AI adds that date to the task's skipped days, and Projul leaves it off the schedule. To finish just one occurrence, tell your AI which day; it marks that day done without touching the rest of the series.

Things to know
Note: Your AI cannot add or change the checklist on a repeating task. Projul allows one under "Step List" that your AI can read, but completion is recorded separately per occurrence, so those steps always read to your AI as unchecked.
Note: To change how a task repeats, tell your AI the new rule, for example "make the crew meeting Tuesdays instead of Mondays". There is one rule for the whole series, so changing it redraws every day Projul pulls from that rule, including days already past. Days you skipped and occurrences already marked complete stay put, since those are recorded against particular dates.
