Name the people, or name a team, and your AI puts them on the task in Projul. A scheduled task can have more than one time window, each with its own people, so say which window you mean.
Your AI can add or remove someone, swap crews between days, or staff a whole team at once, for employees and subcontractors alike. Changing who is on a task changes your schedule, so your AI needs a Read-Write key.

Assigning a team
Assign the [Framing crew] team to the [Framing] task on [Thompson Deck Rebuild] in Projul.
A team in Projul is a worker group under "People". When you name a team, your AI looks up everyone on it right now and puts each of them on the task, the same as ticking a team under "Team/Group Names" when picking people. The task then holds those people, not the team, so later changes to the team do not touch tasks already scheduled. A team with nobody on it cannot be assigned, and your AI tells you so.
Changing who is on a task
Your AI reads the task, changes the people on the window you asked about, and writes it back. Other windows are left alone, so you can change Thursday's crew without touching Friday's. If someone changed the task while your AI was working, Projul refuses the write, so nobody's change gets overwritten; your AI re-reads and retries.
What you will see
Your AI asks you to approve the action, then confirms who is on the task now. In Projul, the task appears on each person's row in "Schedule" for that window, and their initials show on the task under "Task list".
Things to know
Note: Only active employees and subcontractors can be assigned. Someone archived in Projul, or a client portal login, cannot be put on a task.
Note: Your AI matches a person against the "People" list, so use the name as it appears there. If two people share a name, say which one, for example by trade or email.
