Your AI reads your tasks in Projul, with their dates and the people on them, and answers a schedule question as a list, a table, or a crew schedule. This works with a Read key.
What to ask
Ask by week, by person, by project, or for what has nobody assigned.
What is on the schedule in Projul this week?
What your AI can see
Each task comes back with its type, status, project, checklist and schedule windows, and the people on each window. To turn those people into names, your AI reads your "People" list once, everyone active as an employee or subcontractor. A person who has left the account still shows on the windows they were scheduled on, but their name is no longer available to read.
What it can miss
Unscheduled tasks have no date, so a question about "this week" leaves them out. Ask for unscheduled tasks separately if you want to see what is still waiting to be placed.
Note: A date range matches a task by the day its scheduled window starts, so a job that started earlier and is still running will not show up. Ask for a wider range, or name the job, to see work already under way.
A repeating task, such as a weekly crew meeting, is stored as one task with a repeat rule, not as a separate copy for each week, so a single-week question does not always pick it up. Ask for repeating tasks as well, or ask for the task by name, and your AI reads the rule and tells you which days it falls on and which have been skipped. See How do I set up a repeating task (like a weekly crew meeting) with my AI?.
Getting a printable crew schedule
Ask for the shape you want and your AI writes it that way.
Read next week's tasks in Projul and write me a crew schedule, one section per person, with the job name, address and times for each day. Keep it short enough to print on one page.
Some AI tools save a schedule like this as a file you can open. See How do I connect Cowork to Projul?.
