Tell your AI what has to happen on the deck job, when, and who is on it, and it creates the tasks in Projul and puts them on the "Schedule" for those people, from the permit through the final walk.
Putting the job on the schedule

Schedule the [Thompson Deck Rebuild] job in Projul. [Monday]: permit pickup, a deadline on [Marco Reyes]. [Tuesday 7 am to 9 am]: material drop, [framing lumber, footing tubes, concrete, hardware]. Crews, teams and multi-day runs
Name a person, or name a team; Projul assigns everyone on that team right now and keeps those names even if the team changes later. Only active employees and subcontractors can be put on a task, and an empty team cannot be assigned. A task can also hold more than one day, each with its own crew, so a two-day decking run stays one task.
Create a task on [Thompson Deck Rebuild] in Projul called [Decking and fascia] with two days: [Wednesday 7 am to 4 pm] with [Grace Oakes] and [Tomas Vega], and [Thursday 7 am to 2 pm] with [Grace Oakes] and [Wes Duran].

Rescheduling, checklists and site photos
Rain, a late inspection or a slipped delivery push everything downstream. Have your AI move the whole job at once, and read the week back before you commit the change. See How do I ask my AI what's on the schedule this week?.

It can also attach photos and files already in Projul to the job, a task or the estimate and label what they show, such as the footing holes or the ledger flashing. A tool that can move files from your computer uploads them too; a chat assistant can only organize what is already there. Marking work complete
Your AI completes a task, reopens one, logs the note that goes with it, and can tell you what is past due across every deck job. In Projul, click "Schedule" and go to that week: each task sits on the row of the person assigned to it, and the same tasks appear under "Task list" and on the project's "Timeline" and "Gantt" views.
Your AI schedules in your Projul time zone; the time clock is not available to it, so a task on the schedule is not a timesheet entry. When the last walk is done, close out the job. See How do I have my AI mark a job sold, completed or lost?.
