Give your AI the caller's name, the floor and the address, and it creates the lead in Projul with the client attached, ready for the measure, the calls and the pipeline moves that follow.
Creating the lead
Give your AI the client's name, phone or email, the job address and a likelihood of sale. If the caller matches a client already in Projul by name plus email or phone, your AI attaches the lead there instead of duplicating it. See How does my AI find a client?
Add a new lead in Projul called [Delgado Main Floor Replacement] for a new client, [Ana Delgado], phone [(435) 555-0142], email [ana@example.com]. Job address [418 W Tabernacle St, St. George, UT 84770]. Put the likelihood of sale at [60]%.
Your AI can also put what the caller said into the project notes, so whoever runs the measure reads it first. See How do I have my AI add project notes and the job-site address?
Booking the measure
Scheduling an estimate meeting moves the lead to the "Estimate" stage on its own and makes the people on the meeting the estimators, the same as in the app. See How do I schedule an estimate walkthrough with my AI?
Logging calls and follow-ups
Your AI records how you made contact, inbound or outbound, and whether you reached the person, which is what makes the time-since-last-follow-up on "Lead pipeline" mean something. Ask for a follow-up reminder in the same message. See How do I have my AI log a call, text or site visit on a job?
Log on [Delgado Main Floor Replacement] in Projul that [Ana] called this morning about replacing the carpet with plank, and add a follow-up reminder for [Monday morning] to call her back about the stairs.
Your AI cannot email or text the client for you, only log that you contacted them. See Can my AI message a client directly?
Moving and closing the lead
"Lead pipeline" runs "New", "Contact", "Schedule", "Estimate", "Write", "Revise", "Send" and "Sell". Your AI can put a lead in any of them, since Projul does not require visiting them in order, and completing an estimate meeting or "Estimate to Write" task also advances it a step on its own.
Ask your AI to mark a lead sold, rejected or complete. Marking it sold converts the lead to a project exactly as dragging it to "Sold" does, same dates, history and notifications. See How do I have my AI mark a job sold, completed or lost?
