Projul AI Connect lets your AI do office work in your Projul account for a tile and stone business: leads, estimates, schedules, photos and messages. You turn it on under "Settings" by creating an API key under "Projul AI Connect", then paste that key into your AI tool.
Everything your AI does shows up in Projul as a normal record: a lead in the pipeline, an estimate in "Estimates", a task on the "Schedule". Below is what your AI can do for a tile job.

Leads and clients
Your AI can add a client and a lead from a phone call, set the pipeline stage, job-site address, likelihood of sale and assigned estimator, and schedule the walkthrough as an estimate meeting.
Add a lead for [client name] at [address], a shower remodel, stage Estimating, assigned to [estimator]. Schedule the walkthrough for [date/time].

Estimates and change orders
Your AI can build a tile estimate with the sections a shower or floor job repeats: demolition, substrate and prep, waterproofing, setting, grout and seal, and trim. It fills in each line with square footage or linear feet, cost and markup from your cost-item library, and applies your sales tax rate. Given a template for a standard shower or floor, it copies it and adjusts the footage. For work found after demo, or an upgrade to natural stone, it can add a change order as a Draft.
Create an estimate for [project name] using my "[template name]" template. Set the floor at [X] sq ft and the shower walls at [Y] sq ft, apply [tax rate], and save it as a Draft.

Scheduling crews
Your AI can create the tasks a tile job runs through, such as demo, substrate prep, waterproofing, the flood test, setting, grout, seal and punch list, give each a date window, and assign a setter, helper or crew. It can add a checklist, mark a task complete, and set up a repeating task. When a shipment or another trade runs late, it can move the affected tasks without touching the rest of the schedule.
On [project name], create tasks for demo, substrate prep, waterproofing, setting, grout and seal, and punch list. Put [crew name] on setting from [start date] to [end date].

Photos and files
Your AI can find photos and documents already in a project and attach them to a task or an estimate line, such as a flood-test photo or a substrate reading. Uploading a new photo needs an AI tool that can transfer files itself.
Find the flood-test photo from [project name] and attach it to the waterproofing line item on the estimate.

Messages and call logs
Your AI can log a phone call, text or site visit as a message on the lead, client, task or estimate, with the method and whether it reached the person, so the follow-up count on "Lead pipeline" stays accurate.
Log a call with [client name] about [topic]. Outbound, reached the client.

What your AI cannot do yet
Your AI does not create, edit or send invoices, and does not touch payments, the time clock, timesheets, purchase orders, daily logs or QuickBooks sync. It builds an estimate or change order as a Draft; a person publishes and sends it. The full list is in Which Projul features are not available to my AI yet?.
