Tell your AI who called and what they want tiled, and it adds the lead to "Lead pipeline" with the client attached.
Adding the lead
Tile leads come from homeowners, remodelers handing off a bathroom, designer referrals, realtors, and repair calls that may turn into a full replacement. Your AI adds all of them the same way. It matches an existing client by phone or email instead of creating a duplicate; see How does my AI find a client? For a contractor job, put the company in as the client.
Add a new lead in Projul for [Ana Castellano] called [Castellano Master Bath Tile] at [1140 Highland Dr, Salt Lake City, UT 84106]. She wants [a curbless shower in 12x24 porcelain and a hex mosaic floor]. Put the likelihood of sale at [60]% and set me as estimator.

Logging calls and booking the measure
Your AI logs every call, text, email or site visit on the lead, including whether you reached the person. See How do I have my AI log a call, text or site visit on a job?
Scheduling an estimate meeting moves the lead to "Estimate" on its own and makes the attendees the estimators. A follow-up reminder task does the same for a later call. See How do I schedule an estimate walkthrough with my AI?
Moving through the pipeline
Your AI moves a lead to any column: "New", "Contact", "Schedule", "Estimate", "Write", "Revise", "Send" or "Sell". The stages do not have to go in order. It also reads the pipeline, so you can ask for a follow-up list instead of building one yourself.
List every lead in Projul with no logged contact in the last [14] days, with the client, stage and likelihood of sale.
Sold, lost or completed
Marking a lead sold converts it to a project, with the same dates, history and notifications as dragging it to "Sold" in the app. Rejected and completed work the same way. See How do I have my AI mark a job sold, completed or lost?
A sold project can still have a Draft estimate, since marking a job sold does not publish, send or approve it. Your AI cannot email or text the client itself; it drafts what to say, and the message goes out from Projul. See Can my AI message a client directly?
