Tell your AI who the invitation came from, the scope and the suite, and it creates the lead and sets the follow-up for the bid date, landing in "Lead pipeline" the same as "+ Add a new project lead".
Creating the lead
If the property manager, tenant rep or architect is already a client, name them as they appear in Projul so your AI matches them instead of duplicating. See How does my AI find a client?
Add a new lead in Projul for [Diane Frazier] called [Northgate Plaza Suite 210 Tenant Improvement]. The job is at [4820 Northgate Blvd, Suite 210, Reno, NV 89502]. Put the likelihood of sale at [55]%, make [Curtis Nash] the estimator and [Renata Cole] the project manager.

Booking the walkthrough
The pre-bid walkthrough is an estimate meeting; scheduling one moves the lead forward and makes the attendees the estimators, and a checklist can be added to the task. See How do I schedule an estimate walkthrough with my AI?
Your AI gives you the project number, such as P-1611. Click "Lead pipeline" in the left menu to see it, with the client, address and likelihood of sale on its card.
Bid dates and follow-ups
Question deadlines, addenda and the bid due date belong to somebody else's calendar. Your AI can set deadlines and reminders for them, then read the pipeline back for bids nobody has touched since the walkthrough.
Set a follow-up reminder on [Northgate Plaza Suite 210 Tenant Improvement] in Projul for [March 13]: [call the property manager for the award decision]. Put it on [Curtis Nash].
A lead moves through the app's own columns, "New" through "Contact", "Schedule", "Estimate", "Write", "Revise", "Send" to "Sell"; tell your AI to move it, or start further along. Note: Matching by name plus email or phone reuses the client instead of a duplicate; give the full name and company.
Note: Your AI logs calls, emails, texts and site visits but cannot send one to the client, since that leaves Projul. See Can my AI message a client directly?
