Projul AI Connect lets an AI assistant read and change records in your Projul account for tenant improvement and commercial work. You turn it on in "Settings" by creating an API key under "Projul AI Connect", then paste that key into the AI tool you use.

Leads and clients
Your AI can add a lead as a project, set the job-site address, add the property manager or tenant rep as a client, move the lead through your pipeline stages, log a walkthrough, and set a follow-up reminder.
Add a lead for [building name], suite [number]. Client is [property manager name] at [company]. Set the address, put "[scope note]" in the project notes, and remind me to follow up on [date].

Estimates and change orders
Your AI can build a proposal from a description of the scope, or from an estimate template, with a section for each division, such as demolition, framing and drywall, ceilings, flooring, paint, and MEP. It sets quantity, unit, cost and markup on each line, in the units your takeoff uses, such as linear feet of partition or square feet of ceiling grid. A section can be a selection when the tenant has a choice, or display-only when you carry an allowance. It can add a change order as a new version on the estimate.
Create an estimate on [project name] with sections for general conditions, demolition, framing and drywall, ceilings, flooring, paint, and MEP. Use my "[template name]" template as a starting point and apply my [X]% markup.

Scheduling and crews
Your AI can create the tasks for a buildout, such as demolition, rough-in, drywall, ceiling grid, flooring, paint and punch list, put them on the calendar, and assign your crew or a subcontractor team. A task can carry more than one schedule window, so a multi-day task can change crews partway through. It can add a checklist, mark a task complete, and move tasks when a phase slips.
Create the framing, drywall and ceiling grid tasks on [project name], starting [date]. Assign [crew or subcontractor name] to each, and add a checklist to the drywall task with [items].

Photos, files and messages
Your AI can attach photos and documents to a project, task or estimate, and read them back, such as an existing-conditions photo or an approved plan set. It can log a call, text or site visit on the job so the record stays with it.
Log a call with [contact name] about [topic] on [project name], and attach the plan set PDF to the project.

Templates
Your AI can build and reuse estimate templates, section templates and cost-item library entries for buildouts you price often, and stamp a project or schedule template onto a new project so its task list is already there.
Save this estimate as a template called "[template name]" so I can reuse it on the next tenant improvement.

What your AI cannot do yet
Invoices and payments, time tracking, purchase orders, daily logs and QuickBooks sync are not available to your AI. Publishing an estimate or a change order, and sending an estimate, message or invoice to a client, are done in Projul by a person.
