Tell your AI what has to happen, when, and who is on it, and it creates the tasks in Projul and puts them on the "Schedule." A replacement job is a series of short tasks, not one long one.
The shape of a replacement job
The same run repeats almost everywhere: the technical measure once sold, the factory order and its deadline, a lead-time gap to delivery, inspecting units against the order and measure sheet, install days by elevation, capping and trim, paint touch-up when sold, and the final walkthrough. A service call is the short version.
Building the schedule
Your AI needs a Read-Write key, and any person or crew you name must exist in Projul. It creates the usual task types (plain task, deadline, reminder, estimate meeting, event, meeting, time off); one task can hold several time windows, so a multi-day install has a different crew each day.
Schedule the [Delgado Whole House Windows] job in Projul. [Monday 8 am to 11 am]: technical measure, [Marco Reyes]. [Tuesday]: place the factory order, a task on [Marco Reyes], with a deadline the same day. [October 6]: expected delivery, a deadline. [October 7, 7 am to 9 am]: receive and inspect the units, [Tomas Vega]. [October 7, 9 am to 4 pm] and [October 8, 7 am to 4 pm]: install, [Tomas Vega] and [Ruth Bell]. [October 9, 7 am to 3 pm]: capping and trim, [Wes Duran]. [October 10, 8 am to 9 am]: final walkthrough, [Marco Reyes].

Crews, multi-day installs, and delays
Name a person or a team; a team assigns everyone on it now, and the task keeps them even if the team changes later. Your AI can create a team, and stack several crewed days on one install task instead of a copy per day. Projul blocks a change if someone else moved the task first, so your AI re-reads before retrying, and can shift a whole job at once for a slipped delivery, damage, or rain, checking the week for conflicts first. Checklists, photos, and marking work done
Your AI adds steps in order; the crew checks them off in the app, and a repeating task cannot carry one. See checklists and completing tasks and repeating tasks. It can upload or attach a job-site photo or document to the job, task, or estimate; see uploading a photo and attaching files. When work is done, it completes the task, logs a note, and closes the job; see marking a job sold, completed, or lost.
Note: Your AI schedules in your Projul time zone. Crew hours, time logs, and purchase orders are not available to it, so a scheduled task is a reminder, not a timesheet or order.
