Tell your AI who called, what they want built and where the lot is, and it creates the lead, logs the call, and puts the lot walk on the schedule. The lead lands in "Lead pipeline" at the stage you name, the same as one added by hand.
Creating the lead
A lead and a project are the same record, earlier in the pipeline. Name an existing client as they appear in Projul so your AI finds them; see How does my AI find a client?. For your own spec, name your own company as the client.
Add a new lead in Projul for [Dana Kessler] called [Kessler Residence, Lot 22 Sagebrook]. The lot is at [1487 N Sagebrook Dr, St. George, UT 84770]. She has plans drawn and wants a budget, so put the likelihood of sale at [65]%. Assign [Kevin Nolan] as the estimator.

Logging the call and the lot walk
Your AI can log the call: how you talked, which direction, whether you reached the person; see How do I have my AI log a call, text or site visit on a job?. An estimate meeting on a lead moves it to "Estimate" and makes its attendees the estimators; see How do I schedule an estimate walkthrough with my AI?.
Moving the lead, and closing it
A new lead starts in "New". Your AI can put it anywhere along "Contact", "Schedule", "Estimate", "Write", "Revise", "Send" or "Sell". Mark it sold when the owner signs, or lost so it leaves the pipeline; see How do I have my AI mark a job sold, completed or lost?.
Move [Kessler Residence] in Projul to the Write stage and raise the likelihood of sale to [80]%. I have the lot walk done and the subcontractor numbers are in.
Things to know
Design and financing take months, so your AI can set a follow-up reminder or deadline on a lead, and, with a Read key, tell you which leads have gone cold.
Note: A new client matching an existing one by name plus email or phone is reused, not duplicated. Type, lead source and tags are set in Projul after creation; your AI sets the rest, including the assigned sales rep, estimator and project manager.
