Tell your AI what you have priced for the house and it builds the estimate: a section per phase, with quantities, units, costs and markup. It lands in "Estimates" as a Draft, totals calculated, ready to review and send.

Describe the house
Give your AI the phases you have priced, with quantities, units, costs and markup, the way you would brief an estimator.
Build an estimate in Projul for [Kessler Residence] on the [Ashford] plan. General conditions: [building permit $2,400] no markup, [supervision, 240 hours at $52] plus [40]%. Sitework: [house excavation, 480 cu yd at $9.50] plus [20]%. Foundation: [footings, 34 cu yd at $168] plus [18]%. Apply our [Utah] sales tax and mark labor not taxable.

Allowances, selections and change orders
Your AI can also build the parts the owner still has to decide: an allowance as a plain line, or a selection where the owner picks one option. See How do I use subsections, selections and display-only sections with my AI?
Add a change order to [Kessler Residence] in Projul called [Rock excavation, west foundation wall]: [hoe ram, 3 days at $2,250] plus [15]% and [additional haul-off, 60 cu yd at $14] plus [20]%. Apply our [Utah] sales tax.

What you will see
Your AI reports the estimate number and total when done. Open "Estimates" and the new Draft is at the top, sections and subtotals on the card.
Reuse and limits

Your AI can write the introduction and contract text too (see How do I have my AI write the introduction and contract text?), but leaves the estimate as a Draft on purpose: publishing and sending happen in Projul. See Can my AI publish or send an estimate?
Note: Tax applies only when you name a rate from your Projul settings; otherwise add it later. Mark labor lines not taxable if that is how your state works.
