What to say to your AI

Read the [Thompson Deck Rebuild] estimate in Projul and write a two-paragraph introduction for the client covering what we are building, the materials, and roughly how long it takes. Put it on the estimate.
Ask it to set the contract details the same way:
Set the contract details on [Thompson Deck Rebuild] in Projul to our standard terms: [50% deposit to schedule, balance on completion, change orders in writing, weather delays extend the schedule day for day].
To change text that is already written, ask your AI to read the current introduction or contract details first, since replacing them removes the old text.
What each block is for
The introduction prints above the pricing and describes the job in the client's words. The contract details print below the pricing and hold the scope and terms; there is no separate terms block. Both belong to the estimate version, so a change order can carry its own introduction and contract details.
Your AI can format either block with paragraphs, headings, bold and italic text, links, lists, and tables, and Projul keeps them. Scripts, embedded video and audio, and web forms are removed when the text is saved.
What you will see
Your AI asks you to approve the change before it saves, and confirms once it is done. In Projul, open the estimate under "Estimates"; the introduction is at the top, the contract details are at the bottom, and "Print preview" shows how they will read on the document.
A few things to know
An estimate your AI creates does not pick up the default introduction and contract details from your Projul settings; give it the text you want, or name a template that already carries it. Your AI writes the contract details you give it, word for word, and it can see introduction and contract templates saved in your settings, so naming one reuses that wording exactly. The client signature and approval flow stay in Projul.
