Tell your AI who called, what the roof is doing and where the property is, and it creates the lead in Projul, logs the call, and puts the inspection on the schedule. The lead lands in "Lead pipeline" the same as one you add by hand, and your AI moves it along the pipeline as the job progresses.
Add the lead
Give your AI the caller's name, address and what they described, and it creates the lead with a client, job-site address and pipeline stage. Name an existing homeowner as they appear in Projul so your AI links that client instead of duplicating them. See How does my AI find a client? and How do I have my AI add a new lead?.
Add a new lead in Projul called [Whitfield Roof Replacement] for [Ellen Whitfield] at [418 W Tabernacle St, St. George, UT 84770]. Twenty-year three-tab, granule loss on the south slope and a ceiling stain. Likelihood of sale [60]%, estimator [Dale Brenner].
Log the call and schedule the inspection
Your AI records the call as a communication on the lead, with contact method and whether you reached the person, and can schedule the inspection as an estimate meeting, which moves the lead forward on its own. See How do I have my AI log a call, text or site visit on a job? and How do I schedule an estimate walkthrough with my AI?.
Log an inbound call on [Whitfield Roof Replacement] in Projul: spoke with Ellen, roof is [22] years old, she has one bid at [$14,800]. Then schedule an estimate meeting for [Thursday at 9 am] with [Dale Brenner].
Note: Your AI logs the call you made; it cannot text or email the client itself, since client messages send from Projul. See Can my AI message a client directly?.
Move it through the pipeline
Add what you found on the roof as project notes so it is there when the estimate gets written. Your AI can also move the lead to any stage, set the likelihood of sale, or add a follow-up reminder for a proposal that is sitting. See How do I have my AI add project notes and the job-site address?. When the estimate is ready, see How do I have my AI build a roofing estimate?.
Close it out
Your AI changes the project's status when the answer comes back: sold, rejected with a note on why, or a lowered likelihood of sale with a follow-up reminder for next season. Project type, lead source and tags still get set in Projul by hand. See How do I have my AI mark a job sold, completed or lost?.
