Laying out a replacement
A replacement runs material drop, tear-off, shingles, flashing, and ridge cap, then cleanup. Describe the sequence once and your AI creates every phase.

Crews and weather
Name people, or a team like your tear-off crew; Projul assigns whoever is on it now. One task can hold several day-windows, each with its own people.

Your AI can add steps to a task, read back what is checked off, and mark it complete.
