Projul AI Connect lets your AI work inside your Projul account on roofing jobs. You turn it on in "Settings" by creating an API key under "Projul AI Connect", then paste that key into your AI tool.

Leads and clients
Your AI can add a client and a lead, set the job-site address, the pipeline stage and the estimator, and log a call on the lead.
Add a lead for [client name] at [job-site address]. Set it to [pipeline stage] and assign [estimator name]. Log a call as inbound and answered.

Estimates and change orders
Your AI can build a roofing estimate with sections such as tear-off, decking, dry-in, shingles and flashing, priced by square, linear foot or count, starting from a template if you have one. For a change order it adds the new line items and lists removed scope as a deduction. Both are created as Drafts for review.
Build a roof replacement estimate for [client name]: [number] squares, [pitch], tear off [one/two] layers, replace [number] sheets of decking. Use my [shingle line] template.

Scheduling and crews
Your AI can create the phase tasks for a replacement, such as tear-off, dry-in, shingles and cleanup, set dates for each and assign a crew. It can add a checklist, mark a task complete, and move a task or group of tasks to new dates.
Create the schedule for [project name] starting [date]: tear-off, dry-in, shingles, cleanup. Assign [crew name] to each.

Messages and site notes
Your AI can log a note on a project, client, task or estimate, and attach photos already in Projul to the line they relate to. Uploading a new photo needs a tool that can send a file; a chat assistant can only attach ones already there.
Log a note on [project name]: found a soft spot over the garage. Attach the deck photos already on this project to the decking line item.

What your AI cannot do yet
Your AI does not create, edit or send invoices, and it does not touch payments, time tracking, purchase orders, daily logs or the QuickBooks sync. A person publishes and sends an estimate or change order. The full list is in Which Projul features are not available to my AI yet?.
