Tell your AI who called, what the plumbing problem is and where the job is, and it creates the lead in Projul with the client on it. The lead lands on "Lead pipeline" exactly like one you added with "+ Add a new project lead", and from there your AI can log calls, schedule the estimate visit, move it through the stages, and mark it sold or lost.
Adding the lead
Give your AI the caller's name, the job address and what's wrong, and it creates the client and the lead together. If the client is already in Projul, name them the way they appear there and your AI attaches the lead instead of duplicating them. See How does my AI find a client?
Add a lead in Projul for a new client, [Marta Whitfield], phone [(435) 555-0173]. Call it [Whitfield Water Heater Replacement], job at [612 E Diagonal St, St. George, UT 84770]. Her 50 gallon gas heater is leaking from the base and there is no expansion tank. Likelihood [85]%, I am the estimator.
Along with the client and address, your AI can set the likelihood of sale and assign a sales rep, estimator or project manager. Project type, lead source and tags are set in Projul after the lead is created.
Note: If the client you named matches someone already in Projul by name plus the same email or phone, Projul uses that client instead of making a duplicate, and your AI tells you so.
Scheduling visits and logging the calls
For a job that needs eyes on the house before a number goes out, ask your AI to schedule the estimate meeting; the lead moves to the "Estimate" stage on its own. For a drain call you are dispatching rather than quoting, ask for a regular task instead. See How do I have my AI schedule plumbing crews and jobs? and How do I schedule an estimate walkthrough with my AI?
Every call, text and site visit can be logged on the job, with how you reached the client and whether you got through. Those entries are what the follow-up count on "Lead pipeline" is counting, so a quote that has gone quiet is visible instead of forgotten. Your AI can also set a follow-up reminder so the next call is on the calendar. See How do I have my AI log a call, text or site visit on a job?
Moving the lead to sold, lost or completed
A new lead starts in "New" and moves through "Contact", "Schedule", "Estimate", "Write", "Revise", "Send" and "Sell" as the job progresses. Tell your AI the stage, or the news, and it moves the card.
Mark it sold when the deposit lands, or lost with the reason, so next quarter's numbers still mean something. See How do I have my AI mark a job sold, completed or lost?
Asking what needs a follow-up
With the calls logged, your AI can read the board back to you. These questions work with a Read key alone, even if it cannot change anything.
Which leads in Projul have had no follow-up logged in the last [10] days? List them with the client, the stage and what the last conversation was.
Note: Your AI can log a call it was told about, but it cannot email or text the client. Send messages to a homeowner or property manager from Projul. See Can my AI message a client directly?
Note: Pricing the job is the next step. See How do I have my AI build a plumbing estimate?
