Tell your AI what the work is, which job it belongs to, when it happens and who is on it, and it creates the task in Projul and puts it on the "Schedule" for those people.
What it can build
Your AI can give a task more than one day, put a different crew on each day, add a checklist, move work when another trade runs long, and mark it complete. Most of the churn on a schedule is the same work moved, not new work. Describe a whole sequence and it builds every task together, or add one at a time. Build the schedule in Projul for [Canyon Ridge Bath Addition Rough-In] starting [Monday, September 15]: [DWV rough] Monday and Tuesday, [Water rough and top-out] Wednesday and Thursday, [Rough inspection] as a deadline on Friday, [Tub and pan set] the following Monday, [Trim-out and set fixtures] the Wednesday and Thursday after tile and paint, and [Final inspection] as a deadline the Monday after that. Put [Reggie Salas] and [Dev Marsh] on the rough and the top-out.
Your AI asks you to approve the action and confirms the date and people. In Projul, click "Schedule"; the task also shows on "Task list", "Timeline" and "Gantt".
Crews, teams and split days
Make each service truck or crew a team under "People" and staff a task by naming the team; Projul assigns everyone on it now, and the task keeps those people even if the team's membership later changes. A multi-day job is one task with a window per day, so a three-day repipe can carry two people the first two days and one on the third. A repeating job, like a Monday dispatch meeting, is a repeating task, though it cannot carry a checklist. See assigning people and teams, managing a team's members, and setting up a repeating task.
Moving work, checklists and photos
When a job slides, tell your AI what moved and it moves that task and whatever follows it. If someone edited the same task in Projul at that moment, Projul refuses the change and your AI re-reads before retrying, so a field edit is never overwritten. A checklist gets checked off by the crew in the app, and your AI can read back what is open. It can also upload job-site photos and documents and attach them to the job.
