Projul AI Connect lets your AI create and update plumbing records: leads, estimates, tasks, messages, and photos and files. Turn it on in "Settings" by creating an API key under "Projul AI Connect" and pasting it into your AI tool.

Leads and clients
Your AI can add a client and a lead, set the job-site address, estimator and likelihood of sale, and move a lead through your pipeline or mark it sold or lost.
Add a lead in Projul for [Marta Whitfield], phone [(435) 555-0173]. Call it [Whitfield Water Heater Replacement] at [612 E Diagonal St]. Estimator [me], likelihood [85]%.

Estimates and change orders
Your AI can build an estimate from a job description or one of your templates, set each line's type, quantity, unit, cost and markup, and add a change order at any estimate status.
Build an estimate in Projul for [Whitfield Water Heater Replacement] with sections [permit], [removal] and [heater and installation]. I will give you quantities and costs.

Scheduling and crews
Your AI can create tasks for rough-in, top-out, trim-out and service calls, put them on the calendar, assign people or a team, add a checklist, and mark work complete.
Move [Trim-out and set fixtures] on [Canyon Ridge Bath Addition] from [Tuesday] to [Thursday], keep the same crew, and push [Final inspection] to [Monday].

Photos and files
Your AI can find, read and attach photos and documents on a job, task or estimate. Uploading a new file from your device depends on the AI tool.

Messages and call logs
Your AI can log a call, text or site visit on a job. Those entries are what "time since last follow-up" on "Lead pipeline" is counting.

What your AI cannot do yet
Invoices, payments, time tracking, purchase orders, daily logs and QuickBooks are not available to your AI. It builds estimates and change orders as Drafts; publishing and sending is done by a person.
