Tell your AI who called, the job and the address, and it creates the lead in Projul with the client attached, then logs calls, books visits, moves it through "Lead pipeline", and marks it sold, rejected or terminated on the same record the job keeps once sold.
Adding the lead and the client
Your AI needs a Read-Write key. Name an existing client as they appear in Projul so it links the record rather than duplicating it (see How does my AI find a client?), and it can set the address, likelihood of sale, sales rep, estimator or project manager on the way in. Leave the address out if you lack it; see How do I have my AI add project notes and the job-site address?.
Add a new lead in Projul called [Bennett Trim Package] for a new client, [Dana Bennett], phone [(435) 555-0188], email [dana@example.com], at [712 N Valley View Dr, St. George, UT 84770]. Likelihood of sale [50]%, put me down as estimator.
A name matching an existing client (name plus email or phone) gets linked, not duplicated.
Logging calls and booking the next step
Follow-up counters only work if contacts are recorded, so give your AI the method, direction, and whether you got through; see How do I have my AI log a call, text or site visit on a job?. Scheduling a takeoff or walkthrough moves the lead to "Estimate" on its own, with attendees as estimators. See How do I schedule an estimate walkthrough with my AI?.
Moving to sold, lost, or somewhere in between
"Lead pipeline" runs "New", "Contact", "Schedule", "Estimate", "Write", "Revise", "Send" and "Sell", in any order. Once writing, hand it to your AI to price; see How do I have my AI build a carpentry estimate?. Sold converts it like dragging to "Sold"; rejected or terminated keeps the reason given. See How do I have my AI mark a job sold, completed or lost?, and for a repeat job, How do I have my AI start a project from a project or schedule template?.
Reading the pipeline needs only a Read key:
Which leads in Projul have had no communication logged in the last [10] days? Give me the client and the last thing recorded.
Writes need your approval; your AI confirms and gives you the project number, such as P-1598, visible under "Lead pipeline" in the left menu.
Note: Project type, lead source and tags are set afterward in Projul, read-only for your AI. It logs messages but does not send email or text, and cannot move a project to a different client.
