Tell your AI what happens on the job and when, and it creates the tasks in Projul on the "Schedule" for the crews you name, the same as "+ New Task".
Scheduling a repave
Describe the week phase by phase, with the day, hours, and who is on it, and your AI lays out the whole sequence in one request.
Build the schedule in Projul for [Ridgeline Plaza Lot Repave], starting [Monday June 8]. Monday: [Mobilize and set traffic control], 6 am to 8 am, [Dave Ruiz] and [Manny Ortega]. Then [Sawcut at gutter line and building edge], 8 am to 12 pm, [Manny Ortega]. Monday and Tuesday: [Mill 2 inch surface and haul off millings], 7 am to 4 pm both days, the [Milling crew] team. Wednesday: [Full-depth patch and base repair], 7 am to 4 pm, the [Grading crew] team. Thursday: [Grade, compact and tack], 6 am to 10 am, the [Grading crew] team. Then [Pave binder course], 10 am to 5 pm, the [Paving crew] team. Friday: [Pave surface course and roll], 6 am to 4 pm, the [Paving crew] team. Following Monday: [Stripe stalls, ADA, arrows and stop bars, reset wheel stops], 7 am to 3 pm, the [Striping crew] team. If you run the same sequence on most lots, keep it as a template and start the job from it with a date. That only works at project creation; an existing job is scheduled task by task. See starting from a template and building a whole schedule at once.
Crews, teams and multi-day windows
Name the people, or name a crew. Naming a team puts everyone on it right now onto the task, like "select all in team", and that list stays even if the team changes later. A task can hold more than one time window, each with its own people, so a phase spanning days with different crews stays one task. Your AI can also create and manage crews: see using your teams and assigning a crew.
Weather, deliveries and checklists
Rain, a cold snap, or a closed plant slides the rest of the job. Ask your AI to push the remaining phases forward a day or two, same crews and hours, or to hold a phase and clear its date. It schedules in your Projul time zone, so name one if you cross zones. Deliveries and deadlines go on the calendar the same way, as their own tasks.
Your AI can add a checklist at creation, and check steps off as the foreman calls them in.
Create a task on [Ridgeline Plaza Lot Repave] in Projul called [Pave surface course and roll] for [Friday, 6 am to 4 pm] with the [Paving crew] team, and these steps: [confirm the lot is cleared and coned, check the plant ticket against the mix and tonnage, tack all joints and edges, verify mat temperature at the screed, complete breakdown rolling while the mat is hot, sweep and pull cones].

Finishing and reading the week back
Your AI can mark a task complete, and upload job-site photos, attaching them to the project, a task, or an estimate. See uploading a job-site photo or document.
Note: Crew hours are not available to your AI. Clocking in, timesheets, time logs, daily logs and photo reports stay in Projul.
