Projul AI Connect lets the AI assistant you already use work inside your Projul account. Turn it on in "Settings" by creating an API key under "Projul AI Connect" and connecting it to your AI.

Leads and clients
Your AI can add a lead for a lot repave or driveway job, with the client and job-site address, creating the client if they are new. It can set the pipeline stage, schedule the measure-up as an estimate meeting, add a deadline task for the bid, and read your pipeline back, such as every lot bid sitting in "Send" for more than two weeks. It can mark a job sold or lost.
Add a lead for [property manager / client name] at [job-site address], for a [lot repave / driveway replacement], likelihood of sale [percentage], and schedule an estimate meeting for [date].

Estimates and change orders
Your AI can build an estimate with a section for each phase, such as milling, base repair, binder, surface and striping, with line items carrying quantity, unit, cost and markup; Projul calculates the totals. It can start from a template or build from scratch, pull priced items from your cost-item library, and apply tax and a discount. It can add a change order, with its own sections and lines, when the subgrade fails or scope is dropped. The estimate and change order save as a Draft until a person sends it.
Build an estimate for [client name] at [job-site address] using the [template name] template. Add a milling section for [X] square yards at [cost per square yard], a base repair allowance of [amount], and a striping line for [linear feet].

Scheduling and crews
Your AI can create a task for each phase of a job, such as sawcut and mill, base repair, and pave and stripe, put it on the "Schedule" and assign the crew. A task can carry more than one time window, so a two-day pave with a grading crew one day and a paving crew the next is one task. It can add a checklist, set up repeating tasks such as a Monday meeting, and mark work complete.
Create a task called "[Mill and haul off]" for [project name] on [date], assign it to [crew name], and add a checklist: [confirm lot cleared], [cones set], [tack applied at joints].

Photos and files
Your AI can find and read a photo or document already on a project, task, estimate or line item, such as a pre-mill photo or geotechnical report, and hand you a download link. It can also attach a file to a call or site-visit note logged on a task. Whether it can upload a new file depends on the AI tool you use.
Find the geotechnical report on [project name] and give me a download link.

Messages and call logs
Your AI can log a call, text or site visit on a lead, a client, a task or an estimate, including whether you reached the property manager and what was agreed, such as approved extra patching or a confirmed lot closure.
Log a call on [project name]: spoke with [contact name], they approved the extra base repair for [amount] and confirmed the lot closes [date].

What your AI cannot do yet
- Invoices and payments.
- Publishing or sending an estimate or change order; it stays a Draft until sent from Projul.
- Time tracking, the clock and time logs.
- Purchase orders, including plant tickets and material POs.
- Daily logs.
- QuickBooks sync.
