Scheduling a job
Describe the sequence, day by day, and your AI creates each task with its time window and crew.
Schedule [Whitfield Interior Repaint] in Projul starting [Monday, October 6]. Monday [8 am to 4 pm]: [Mask, cover floors and furniture, patch and sand] with [Luis Ferrer] and [Amy Boyd]. Tuesday [8 am to 4 pm]: [Spot prime and cut in ceilings] with [Luis Ferrer] and [Amy Boyd]. Wednesday [8 am to 4 pm]: [Roll ceilings and first coat on walls] with [Luis Ferrer], [Amy Boyd] and [Tomas Reyes]. Thursday [8 am to 4 pm]: [Second coat on walls] with [Luis Ferrer] and [Amy Boyd]. Friday [8 am to 2 pm]: [Trim, doors and touch-up walk] with [Luis Ferrer].

Crews and teams

Keeping the schedule current
When weather or a late delivery moves the job, say what changed and your AI updates the affected tasks.
Rain [Wednesday and Thursday]. On [Cardoza Exterior Repaint] in Projul, push [body coat], [trim, fascia and soffits] and [doors and shutters] each two days later and leave the wash and prep where they are.

Photos and reading the week back
Your AI can list a job's photos and files, hand you a download link, attach a file to a task, and log site notes.
