Projul AI Connect lets your AI work inside your Projul account. You turn it on from "Settings" by creating an API key under "Projul AI Connect", then paste that key into your AI.
What it does shows up as a normal record: a lead in the pipeline, an estimate in "Estimates", a task on the "Schedule". Below is what it can do for HVAC, with a prompt and link for each.
Contents
Leads and clients
Your AI can add a lead and its client, set the job-site address, pipeline stage and likelihood of sale, and book the in-home visit.
Add a lead for [client name] at [job-site address], a [tonnage] ton [system type] replacement. Estimator: [name]. Visit: [date/time].
See HVAC leads and follow-ups.
Estimates and change orders
Your AI can build a changeout estimate from a template, with sections such as equipment, line set, ductwork, labor and haul-off. It can apply a tax rate, set up good, better and best tiers, and add a change order for an undersized return or code issue found on site.
Build an estimate for [client/project]: a [tonnage] ton [efficiency tier] heat pump changeout, [length] feet of line set, [duct scope], permits, haul-off. Apply [tax rate].
Note: Your AI edits an estimate while it is a Draft or pending review. Publishing and sending it is done in Projul.
Scheduling and crews
Your AI can create the tasks a changeout or rough-in needs, each with a schedule window and a person or team on it. It can add a checklist, mark a task complete, and reschedule a group of tasks when equipment slips.
Create the changeout tasks for [project/address] on [date]: recovery, equipment set, evacuation and charge, startup. Assign [tech/team] and add a startup-readings checklist.
See Schedule HVAC crews and jobs.
Photos and files
Your AI can find photos and documents already in a project and attach them to a task or an estimate line. A chat assistant cannot upload a new photo; it is added in Projul first and your AI attaches it afterward.
See Upload a job site photo or document.
Messages and call logs
Your AI can log a call, site visit, or startup reading as a message on a lead, client, task or estimate, noting whether the call reached the person, so "Lead pipeline" follow-up counts stay accurate.
Log a call with [client name] today: [inbound/outbound], reached, discussed [topic].
See Log a call, text or site visit.
What your AI cannot do yet
Your AI does not touch invoices, payments, time tracking, purchase orders, daily logs or the QuickBooks sync, and does not publish or send an estimate; a person does. See the full list.
