Tell your AI what the caller said and it creates the client and lead in Projul, sets the address, books the visit, and logs the calls. The lead lands in "Lead pipeline" as if you had added it yourself.
Taking down the lead
Give your AI the caller's name, phone, address and what is wrong, and it creates the client and lead together, sets the likelihood of sale, and notes the rest.
Add a lead in Projul for a new client, [Dale Harmon], phone [(435) 555-0164], email [dale@example.com]. The job is [Harmon 4-Ton Heat Pump Changeout] at [742 N Bluff St, St. George, UT 84770]. Condenser is [18] years old, [2,100] sq ft single story. Likelihood [70]%.
A match by name, email or phone attaches the lead to the existing client instead of duplicating it. See How do I have my AI add a new lead?. Leads come from a no-cool call, a maintenance tune-up, a realtor's closing date, a property manager's units, or a web form you paste in whole.
Booking the visit and moving the stage
Your AI books the visit as an estimate meeting with the date, time and estimator, which moves the lead into the "Estimate" stage, same as booking it in the app.
Already have the numbers? Set the stage straight to "Write" instead. Tell your AI where a lead now belongs and it moves it on through the pipeline, from "Contact" to "Sell". See How do I schedule an estimate walkthrough with my AI?.
Logging calls and chasing quotes
Every call, text or visit you log goes on the job with the method, direction and whether you reached anyone, which is what the follow-up counters on "Lead pipeline" run on. In-person visits skip the direction. Your AI cannot text or email the customer itself; that still goes out from Projul. See How do I have my AI log a call, text or site visit on a job? and Can my AI message a client directly?. Ask which leads have gone quiet or are waiting on financing, and have it set a reminder on each in the same request.
List every lead in Projul in the Send stage with no follow-up logged in the last [7] days, then create a follow-up reminder on each one for [Monday at 8 am], assigned to [Dana Kessler], called [Call about the replacement quote].
Sold, completed or lost
When the homeowner signs, mark it sold and log how it happened. Mark it completed once startup is done, or lost if they went elsewhere, so it clears the pipeline.
