Tell your AI the job, phase, dates and people, and it creates the task in Projul and puts it on the "Schedule". It can build a whole job at once, reschedule around a slipped delivery, add checklists and mark work complete.
Building the schedule
Your AI needs a Read-Write key, and the people you name must already exist under "People", it reads that list, it does not add to it. A remodel schedule is a chain, so describe one phase or the whole job in order and it creates each task with its dates and people.
Build the schedule for [Rivera Kitchen Remodel] in Projul starting [Monday October 6]. Protection and demo takes [2 days] with [Grace Oakes] and [Jenny Voss]. Rough plumbing is [2 days], rough electrical runs the same two days with [Miles Thorne]. Rough inspection is [1 day]. Insulation and drywall is [4 days] with [Hector Ellison] and [Glen York]. Cabinet install is [3 days] with [Ivan Quigley] and [Marcus Xiong]. Skip weekends, work days [7 am to 3:30 pm].

Your AI confirms the dates and people, then each task shows on "Schedule" for everyone assigned, plus "Task list", "Timeline" and "Gantt".
Crews and rescheduling
Name people, or name a team to assign everyone currently on it; subcontractors work the same way if active under "People". A team's roster is copied at assignment time, so later changes do not touch scheduled tasks. See How do I have my AI assign a crew (people and teams)?.
A task can hold more than one schedule window, each with its own people, so drywall can be two hangers one day and a taper the next.
Say what slipped and your AI moves what depends on it, push cabinet install out ten days, add a correction task after a failed inspection, or move a sick crew member's tasks to someone else.
The cabinets for [Rivera Kitchen Remodel] slipped [two weeks]. In Projul, push cabinet install and everything after it out by [10 working days] and leave demo, rough-in and drywall where they are. Keep the same crews.

Checklists, completion and photos
Add an ordered checklist to any task, like a punch list, for the crew to check off in the app; a repeating task cannot carry steps. See How do I set up a repeating task (like a weekly crew meeting) with my AI?.

Whether it can add a new photo depends on the tool: one that can move files on your computer can upload job photos and attach documents; a chat assistant cannot. Every AI can read, list and attach files already in Projul and hand you a download link.
