Tell your AI who called, what they need and where the job is, and it creates the lead with the client attached. It can then log calls, schedule the estimate, move the lead through the pipeline, and mark it sold, lost or completed, just like one you added yourself.
Creating the lead
Give the client, job and address in one message and your AI creates the lead.
Add a lead in Projul for a new client, [Dana Whitaker], phone [(435) 555-0188], email [dana@example.com]. Call it [Whitaker 200A Service Upgrade], job at [742 N Bluff St, St. George, UT 84770]. She has a 100 amp fuse panel and wants 200 amp service plus an EV charger circuit. Likelihood [70]%, I am the estimator.
If the name matches someone already in Projul by first and last name plus the same email or phone, your AI uses that client instead of a duplicate. See How does my AI find a client?
It can also set the likelihood of sale and assign a sales rep, estimator or project manager; project type, lead source and tags get set in Projul afterward. Your AI reports back the project number, and the lead lands in "New" unless you name a later stage.
Logging calls and scheduling the estimate
Every call, text or site visit gets logged on the job, and those entries drive the follow-up count on "Lead pipeline" cards, so a lead nobody has touched in weeks stands out. See How do I have my AI log a call, text or site visit on a job?
Ask for the estimate visit and your AI puts it on the schedule, and the lead moves itself to "Estimate". See How do I schedule an estimate walkthrough with my AI? You can also have it set a follow-up reminder for a specific day.
Moving it along and closing it out
Tell your AI to move the lead to any stage, "Contact", "Schedule", "Estimate", "Write", "Revise" or "Send", and mark it sold, lost or completed once it gets there. See How do I have my AI mark a job sold, completed or lost?
Checking what needs a follow-up
With a Read key alone, ask which leads have gone quiet.
Which leads in Projul have had no follow-up logged in the last [10] days? List them with the client, the stage and what the last conversation was.
