Tell your AI the job, the task, when it happens and who is on it, and it creates the task in Projul and puts it on the "Schedule" for those people.
Creating a task and assigning the crew
Create a task on [Whitaker 200A Service Upgrade] in Projul called [Service change, power off] for [Tuesday] from [7 am to 4 pm], and put [Marcus Hale] and [Tyler Boone] on it.
Your AI confirms the date and people before it saves. In Projul, click "Schedule" and go to that week to see it on each assigned person's row, and on the project's "Timeline" and "Gantt" views.
Name a team instead of people and Projul assigns everyone currently on it, keeping those people even if the roster changes later. A task can also span several days with different people each day. Moving work and checking it off
The drywall crew starts a week late on [Perez Kitchen Remodel]. In Projul, move [Rough-in] to [next Tuesday and Wednesday] and push [Rough inspection] to [next Thursday].
Note: If someone moved the same task in Projul while your AI was working, Projul refuses the change and your AI re-reads before retrying, so a field edit is never overwritten. For work that repeats, ask for a repeating task; it cannot carry steps. A checklist on a one-off task adds ordered steps, the crew checks them off in the app, and your AI can read what is open or mark the task complete. Photos and reading the schedule back
Your AI can upload job-site photos and attach them to the job, so the panel-before shot or the inspection tag lives with the work. See How do I have my AI upload a job-site photo or document?. With a Read key, it can tell you what is on next week's schedule, who is free a given afternoon, or which tasks are open and past due, but it schedules in your Projul time zone and cannot clock anyone in or read time logs.
