Describe the job like you would brief an estimator, and your AI builds it in Projul: a section for each part of the work, with line items priced from your costs and markup. It lands in "Estimates" as a Draft, ready to review and send.
What to tell your AI
Your AI needs a Read-Write key and a project to hold the estimate; if there isn't one, ask it to create the lead first. See How do I have my AI add a new lead?. One estimate per project; if one exists, your AI offers to edit it or add a change order instead.

Sections, units and options
Your AI sets each line as labor, material or other, its quantity and unit (hours, each, linear feet or lot), your cost, and a markup as a percent or flat amount; Projul works out the price and can mark a line not taxable, keeping a permit fee tax-free.
Charger work often includes a choice; Projul's selections let the client pick one option, one or none, or any number, and only what they choose counts.
On the [Whitaker 200A Service Upgrade] estimate in Projul, make the [EV charger circuit] section a selection where the client must choose one: [NEMA 14-50 receptacle at $1,120] or [hardwired 48A charger at $1,865]. Start with the receptacle selected.

Templates and your cost-item library
If you price a job the same way each time, save it as a template your AI can build from, pulling rates from your cost-item library instead of you dictating them. After it's built
Your AI asks you to approve each step, then reports the estimate number and total. Open "Estimates" in Projul; the new one is a Draft with each section's subtotal on the card.
While it's a Draft, keep editing through your AI or in Projul, and add tax later if you skipped a rate. Once walls are open, your AI can add a change order with its own priced sections and record dropped scope as a deduction. See How do I have my AI add a change order?.
