Tell your AI who called and what they want, and it creates the lead and the client in Projul, books the walkthrough, and logs the call. The lead lands in "Lead pipeline" the same as one you add by hand, and your AI can move it through the stages until it is sold or lost.
Adding the lead
Give your AI the caller's name, the job, the address and what they want, and it creates the client and the lead together.
Add a new lead in Projul for [Sam Rivera] called [Rivera Kitchen Remodel]. The job is at [418 W Tabernacle St, St. George, UT 84770]. He wants the kitchen done before Thanksgiving. Put the likelihood of sale at [70]% and make [Kevin Nolan] the estimator.
A name that matches a client already in Projul is reused instead of duplicated. See How does my AI find a client?. Your AI reports back the project number, such as P-1598, and the lead shows up in "New".
Booking the walkthrough and logging the visit
Ask your AI for an estimate meeting and it puts the visit on the schedule, which moves the lead to "Estimate" and makes the attendee the estimator. See How do I schedule an estimate walkthrough with my AI?.
Afterward, tell your AI what you measured and what the homeowner wants, and it logs the visit, call or text on the job. See How do I have my AI log a call, text or site visit on a job?.
Moving the lead and chasing it
A lead starts in "New". Your AI can move it to "Contact", "Schedule", "Estimate", "Write", "Revise", "Send" or "Sell" in any order, set the likelihood of sale, or assign the estimator or project manager. It can also flag leads gone cold and add a follow-up reminder to your calendar.
Go through my leads in the Send stage in Projul and add a follow-up reminder on each one for [next Tuesday morning] to call the homeowner.
Note: Your AI creates the reminder; sending the call, text or email is still on you. See Can my AI message a client directly?.
Sold, lost or on hold
Marking a lead sold converts it to a project exactly as dragging it to "Sold" does, with the same dates and history; marking it rejected logs it as lost. See How do I have my AI schedule remodeling crews and jobs? and How do I have my AI mark a job sold, completed or lost?.
Note: Project type, lead source and tags are set in Projul, not by your AI.
