Tell your AI the phase, the job, the dates, and who is running it, and it puts the task on the "Schedule." A task can carry several days, each with its own crew, so a three-day dig is one task.
Phase tasks and crews
Your AI builds the time windows from the days and hours you give it. Name people or a team; a team adds everyone currently on it. It puts people on tasks, not machines, so name the machine in the title.
Create [Mass excavation and haul-off] on [Halvorsen Septic and Driveway] in Projul for [Monday through Wednesday, 7 am to 4 pm], with [Luis Ortega] all three days and [Tom Hedges] on [Wednesday] only.
A task with no date is still real; it sits unscheduled until you place it.

Checklists and marking phases complete
Your AI can add ordered steps for the crew to check off, and read back which are still open. A repeating task cannot carry a checklist. It can also complete a task, reopen one, or say what is still open on a job.

Rescheduling, photos and notes
When the site is too wet or a delivery moves, tell your AI what changed; it moves those windows and leaves the rest alone.
The base rock is delivering [Wednesday] instead of [Thursday]. Move [Place and compact base] on [Halvorsen Septic and Driveway] in Projul to [Wednesday, 7 am to 4 pm] and tell me who else is booked that day.
It can also upload site photos and log what happened as a note on the task or the project.

Laying out a whole job at once
If you run the same sequence on most jobs, your AI can build every phase task in one request, or start the project from a template with its crews carried across. A template is stamped at creation and will not apply to an existing job.
