Projul AI Connect covers clients, leads and projects, estimates and estimate templates, tasks and scheduling, teams, messages, and photos and files. It does not yet cover invoices, payments, time tracking, purchase orders, daily logs, QuickBooks, reports, or sending anything to a client, which are still done in Projul.

What your AI can read and change
Your AI can read and change clients, including archiving and deleting them. Same for leads and projects: the pipeline stage, address, project notes, likelihood of sale, assigned people, and starting a project from one of your project or schedule templates.
It can build and edit estimates while they are a Draft, waiting for review, or sent back by a reviewer, including sections, line items, tax, discounts, and the introduction and contract details. Change orders are different: your AI can add one to an estimate at any status, including one already approved.
It can also work with estimate templates, section templates and the cost-item library, every task type and its schedule window, the people on a task, checklists, completion and repeat rules, teams, and messages and notes on projects, clients, tasks and estimates, including logged calls and site visits. It can add tax rates, but not change or retire them. It can attach photos and files to a project, a task, an estimate or a line item.
Note: Whether your AI can upload a new file into Projul depends on the tool you use, because the upload sends the file straight to storage in a step a chat assistant cannot perform. A chat assistant in a browser or on your phone cannot upload a file, though it can read and attach ones already in Projul. What your AI can only read
Your AI can see employees and subcontractors, tags, trades, discounts, and your project and schedule templates, so it can put the right people on a task, the right discount on an estimate, or the right template on a new project.
Adding a new employee, tag, trade or discount, or building a new project or schedule template, is still done in Projul.
What your AI cannot reach yet
Your AI cannot reach invoices and payments, time tracking, the clock and time logs, purchase orders, daily logs, photo reports, QuickBooks sync, reports, notifications and account settings, or client portal logins. It also cannot send client messages, estimates or invoices, because those email the client.
Note: Some of these are visible in another way. For example, your AI can read an estimate's invoiced and paid totals, and a project's messages include the client messages sent from Projul. It cannot create or change any of them.

Your AI builds and edits estimates while they are a Draft, waiting for review, or sent back by a reviewer. Publishing, sending, approving, rejecting and invoicing are done in Projul. See Can my AI publish or send an estimate?
