Client notifications are emails that are sent to clients automatically to remind them about upcoming estimate meetings, due dates, etc. Example notification emails are included with the details below.

Estimate Approval Confirmation
Notification Settings
Client reminders can be activated and configured in notification settings. To navigate to Client Notifications settings:
- Click on your initials in the bottom left corner of the screen
- Click on "Settings"
- Scroll down to "Client Notifications"
Estimate Meeting Reminder
Estimate meeting reminder notifications send an email to clients in advance of their scheduled estimate meeting time. It can be enabled with the toggle, and can be set to send a reminder email to clients prior to their meeting at:
- 1 hour before
- 24 hours before
Estimate meeting reminders look as follows.
Estimate Due Date Reminder
Estimate due date reminder notifications send an email to clients reminding them of the due date for upcoming unapproved estimates. This reminder can be enabled with the toggle, and can be set to send a reminder email to clients prior to their due date:
- A week before
- A day before
- The same day
Additionally, the reminder can be set to send at a specific time of day.

Estimate Approval Confirmation
When the estimate approval confirmation is toggled on, Projul will send an email to the client when they sign an estimate to let them know that their acceptance has been received.

Invoice Due Date Reminder
Invoice due date reminder notifications send an email to clients reminding them of the due date for upcoming unpaid invoices. This reminder can be enabled with the toggle, and can be set to send a reminder email to clients prior to their due date:
- A week before
- A day before
- The same day
Additionally, the reminder can be set to send at a specific time of day.

Payment Receipt Email
A payment receipt is an email sent to a client when they make a payment on an invoice through JustiFi's payment processing. From notification settings, payment receipts can be enabled or disabled.
