How can I set up payment processing through JustiFi?

Fill out the payment application form to set up a JustiFi account.

Finding the JustiFi form

The JustiFi integration is activated by filling out a form from JustiFi. This form is found in the integrations menu.

1. Click the initials in the bottom left corner
2. Open "Integrations"
3. Select "Set up JustiFi"

Filling out the JustiFi form

After selecting the JustiFi form, a popup will appear with instructions on how to use JustiFi. Click "Set up JustiFi" to proceed.

Next, another popup will appear with a list of the information necessary to complete the form. Review that popup and click "Start" to open the form.

The form has multiple pages. Follow the instructions to fill out the form, and click "Submit" to send it over to JustiFi. They will review the information and send an update once the account is created. 

After JustiFi has enabled the account, payment processing will be available in Projul.

Note: Credit card payments take 1 to 3 business days to process, and ACH payments take 3 to 5 business days standard. The first few ACH payments made through JustiFi generally take a couple of days longer than the standard process as they verify payments. As such, it is recommended to process smaller and non-urgent payments for the first few transactions.
