On each Invoice or Estimate, there is a "Last viewed in Portal" option that gives you time it was most recently viewed.

Customer views of an Estimate document in Projul
Navigate to the Estimate editor page of the Estimate that was sent to the customer; scroll to the bottom of the page.
At the bottom of the page, one of two messages will be displayed next to the Estimate number. One of these is "Client view has not been opened."
The other message is a selectable drop-down menu that says "Last Viewed: [date stamp]."
Clicking on this drop-down menu shows all of the times that the Estimate document has been viewed in the customer portal.

Navigate to the Invoice editor page of the Invoice that was sent to the customer.
At the bottom of the page, one of two messages will be displayed next to the Invoice number. One of these is "Client view has not been opened," indicating the customer has not yet viewed the Invoice.
