Email Projul at support@projul.com, or call our Customer Success team at (844) 394-8541, stating that you wish to cancel your subscription. An email will be sent back with a link to a form; open the link and fill out the necessary information. If you do not fill out this form, your subscription will not be canceled.
Once submitted, your cancellation will be processed and your account will be terminated at the end of the billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for unused time; however, you will continue to have full access to Projul until the end of your current billing period.
