You can merge lead sources by editing a Lead Source and changing the name to a previously existing Lead Source's.
First, edit the project's information:
1. Navigate to the Lead Pipeline by selecting the corresponding option from the left toolbar.
2. Select the edit icon on the top right corner of the lead tile.
Next, edit the name of the lead source you want to merge:
1. Select the "Lead Source" field next to the label.
2. Select the 3-dot menu next to the name of the lead source you want to merge.
3. Select "Edit" to open the renaming pop-up menu.
To choose which lead sources are being merged:
1. In the pop-up editing window, change the current name of the Lead Source to the one you intend to merge it into. In this case, we are merging "Bing AD" with the "Google AD" Lead Source.
2. Confirm the merge by selecting "Save lead source."
The pop-up window will then display a confirmation message. Within this message, you can see how many projects will be affected by this merge. To confirm the merge, select the "Merge lead source" button.
