How can I add a lead capture form to my company website?

By following the steps below, you can add a way for customers to fill out their information, and have it imported into your Projul account as a new project lead.

1. As an admin, click on your profile picture
2. Click on "Settings"
3. From the settings drop down menu (on the top right), select Lead Pipeline.
4. Specify the domain address your contact form will be on (your website). The required format for this looks like: yourcompanywebsite.com.

(The first time you enter this DO NOT include any prefix such as www, http://, or https://. If you receive an error when submitting a lead via the lead capture form, please re-enter the domain with "www." as a prefix)

Copy/paste the following HTML (located below) into your website. If using Wordpress, this may be done by adding a new Custom HTML block. If you are unsure of how or where to add this, please feel free to schedule a quick meeting with our success team who will bring in a developer to assist.

After adding the form, it is recommended to test the new contact form by creating a fake test lead to ensure the specified domain and script are syncing together as expected. It may take anywhere from 20-60 seconds to appear in Projul as a new lead.

If "Error 88" occurs when attempting to perform the test submission, it means you need to re-check the domain name that was provided to Projul under Settings-Lead Pipeline. Any website domain "prefixes" (such as www, http://, https://) should be removed (example: domain.com). If an error saying your website's URL is "not a registered" domain occurs, you may need to add a "www." prefix to your settings in Projul.

1. Shortly after a lead has been sent to your Projul account, a push notification will be sent to admins and assigned users. To specify who will be notified, navigate to "Settings".
   
   
   Next, be sure "Notifications" settings menu is selected from the drop down menu at the top right. Scroll down to the "Notify when a lead is imported from my website" option. From there, you can select if admin will be notified and who else will be notified with the "Notify Every" button and specify the tags or trades that users are associated with, such as an "Estimator", "Office Administrator" or "Owner." Any employees who have the specified tag or trade will also receive the notification.
