You can schedule a follow-up from the Lead Pipeline or from the Task List page by selecting "Follow-up Reminder" when creating a new task.
On Desktop:
To Schedule a follow-up task to a lead:
- Select "Lead Pipeline" from the navigation bar on the left.
- Find the customer lead that you would like to schedule a reminder for and select the three dots on right of the card for additional options.
- Select "Record Communications & Schedule Follow-up Reminders".
This will take you to the Customer Communications channel. To schedule the follow-up:
- Select "Schedule a Follow-up Reminder" drop-up menu.
- Select the date and who will perform the follow-up.
- Confirm this by selecting "Schedule Follow-up"
Your reminder has now been scheduled!
From the Task List:
- Select "Task List" from the navigation bar on the left.
- Select "Add A New Task" from the blue button in the top right.
- Select "Follow-up Reminder" from the list on the right.
On the slide-out, fill out the necessary information for your follow-up reminder. The two most important sections to complete are the "Schedule Follow-up Reminder" to select who from your team and when, and "Associate With Project Or Lead" for linking this reminder with the correct customer lead.
On the Mobile App:
From the Lead Pipeline:
First, go to the navigation menu by pressing the arrow in the top left, or by swiping to the right.
Next, press "Lead Pipeline" on the navigation menu.
From here you can find the lead you would like to schedule a follow-up with and press the three-dot more options button.
From the menu, press "Record Communications & Schedule Follow Up Reminders"
Now that you are in the customer communications channel, you can press "Schedule A Follow Up Reminder".
From here, select the date and who will perform the follow up. Confirm this by selecting "Schedule Follow Up". Your reminder has now been scheduled!
From the Task List:
First, go to the navigation menu by pressing the chevron arrow in the top right, or by swiping to the right.
Next, press "Task List" on the navigation menu.
Next press the blue plus sign button in the top left to add a new event.
From here you will want to select "Follow Up Reminder" from the list.
Next, press "Schedule Follow Up Reminder".
From here, fill out the necessary information for your follow-up reminder. The most important sections to complete are the "Who" and "When", and "Associate With Project Or Lead" for linking this reminder with the appropriate project lead. Lastly, you can simply close out of the task editor by selecting the "Save and Close" on the bottom and your reminder will be scheduled.
