Archiving an employee or contractor will make them unavailable to schedule. If you had previously reached your user limit, it will also open up a user seat for you to add a new employee.

On Desktop:
Archiving Employees
To archive an employee:
- Navigate to the "People" page using the left sidebar
- Click on the employee you wish to archive
- Click the button that says "Archive employee"
A pop-up will appear allowing you to confirm the decision.
Once confirmed, the employee:
- Will no longer be available to be scheduled
- Will not appear on your list of employees
- Will no longer be able to log in, but their tasks will not be removed from Projul
This process will free up an additional user seat for your company to add another user.
Unarchiving Employees
If you would like to unarchive a user, that can also be done on the people page using the "Manage archived" link.
Click the "Unarchive" button next to the employee that you would like to unarchive.
Once you have done that, the employee will be unarchived in your account.
On the Mobile App:

To archive an employee, start by navigating the the People page. Press the three lines in the top left.
Next, open the People page.
From here you can:
- Select an employee
- Press "Archive Employee"
A pop-up will appear allowing you to confirm the decision.

- Will no longer be able to log in, but their tasks will not be removed from Projul

Unarchiving Employees
To unarchive an employee, navigate the the People page.
Next, open the People page.
From the People page click on the "Bin" icon at the top right.
Once you have clicked that, a list will be displayed of all of your archived customers.
- Click the Archived box to see archived employees
- Click the "Unarchive" button next to the employee that you would like to unarchive.
Once you have done that the employee will be unarchived in your account.
