Marking a project complete archives the project, associated estimate, and fully paid invoices. This simplifies access to relevant information and keeps your device from downloading outdated data.
How to mark a project completed
A project can be marked complete from the project editor.
- Open the project editor
- Select the dropdown arrow on the top right
- Select "Mark project complete"
This will prompt a pop up warning from the system asking if you're sure you want to mark it as complete.
Then Projul will ask if all the information shown is accurate. The purpose of this is to make sure the reports and insights that Projul provides are accurate.
What it does
When a project is marked complete in the project timeline it is moved out of active projects and into completed projects.
In the Lead Pipeline, projects marked completed can be located in the "Completed" folder.
Once a project is marked complete and left unedited for one month, it will be automatically archived. You can adjust the archive period by contacting Projul (support@projul.com). Archived data is no longer automatically loaded onto your device, which helps prevent slower load times and reduces screen clutter, making it easier to find current project information.
Note: Archived projects are still accessible from the search bar. If you would like to learn how to unarchive a project, click here!
